Claims Service Card
If you have received a Claims Service Card, you’ll first need to activate it before you can start shopping online or in our showrooms. To activate your card over the telephone, please call our Claims Team on 08450 742 790 and we’ll have your card ready to use within 24 hours. Alternatively, just pop into your nearest showroom where we can activate your card and have it ready to use straight away.
Using your Claims Service Card online
Shopping online with your Claims Service Card is really straight forward; it’s not too different to how you would use your credit or debit card to pay. Simply, add your items to your basket and at the checkout select ‘Claims Service Card’ as your payment method. If your order exceeds the amount credited on your card, our website will enable you to pay the remaining amount on your credit or debit card.
Your card balance can be obtained at any Mappin & Webb showroom, through our online balance checker or by calling our customer experience team on freephone 0800 111 4524 during the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 6pm
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
- Bank holidays: Closed

Claims Service Card terms and conditions
Claims Service Cards are redeemable against most products and services at Mappin & Webb. Unfortunately they cannot be redeemed against Patek Philippe, Rolex, Cartier and Jaeger-LeCoultre watches, Gift Cards or coinage.
Your Claims Service Card cannot be exchanged wholly or in part for cash and is valid only in the UK. Mappin & Webb reserve the right to cancel the card at any time.
Returning items purchased with a Claims Service Card
Claims Service Card online purchases can be returned by post or to any Mappin & Webb showroom. Please refer to our returns policy for full details. The value of your order will be refunded onto a Customer Card which you can spend online or in our showrooms.
Please be aware that Click & Collect orders can only be processed in our showrooms and is therefore excluded from our online returns procedure.
