Secure Payment Options

Our boutiques are now all open. As part of this re-opening we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our secure payment options.

We would like to make you aware that we will not be taking payment for the purchase of a Rolex watch by any other method than in-store payments.

If you shop via phone or virtual appointment we offer a fully secure online payment method. We will send you a secure link that will take you directly to a payment page where you are able to enter your details and make payment. The site (URL) you will be directed to is displayed below. This is the only genuine, secure site (URL) we will provide.

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO TRANSFER MONEY INTO ANY BANK ACCOUNT, OR ASK YOU FOR YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL.

We only supply proforma invoices in exceptional circumstances and at the request of the client and therefore issuing proforma invoices is not our normal procedure. Please do contact us for verification, should you be supplied with one which you have not requested.

We take care to ensure that your online order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid.

All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and in addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services).

Although our boutiques are currently closed, when in-store shopping does resume, debit and credit card payments within our boutique environments are taken via secure payment terminals, and of course we also offer a range of financing options that you can choose from.

Protecting Your Payments

We will never ask you for your card details over the phone or by email or ask you to transfer money into any bank account.

Help protect your information

  • Make sure you have a spam filter on your email account.

What to do if you receive suspicious emails or phone calls

What are scam emails?

Scam emails will attempt to lead you to a website and enter personal information which is used by criminals wishing to commit fraud via identity theft and other crimes. Please don’t fall for them and if in any doubt at all please do not hesitate to contact our Client Support Team for assistance and delete them from your inbox.

The subject of the email may refer to an item from us being held for collection and asks you to call a specific telephone number. Please do not call the number. You may be charged a premium rate phone call or asked to enter personal information.

How to identify a scam email?

Some emails are very sophisticated and will try and convince you that they are being sent from the Mappin & Webb. Criminals attempting to fraudulently extract personal information or money will often use subjects or greetings that are impersonal and general, such as “Attention Mappin & Webb Client”. They may use forged email addresses in the “from” field such as ‘delivery@mappinandwebb.co.uk. They may even use the Mappin & Webb logo. Please be aware that none of this guarantees the email has come from us and we would always advise you to check with our Client Support Team if at all unsure.

Fraudulent calls

Fraudulent calls can also be made to you, impersonating company representatives. If you are suspicious in any way please do not hesitate to verify the call either with our Client Support Team or your local store.
