Free Express Delivery (7 Days a Week) - Express delivery is available on all items, everything that is immediately available and ordered by 9pm (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered the following day. You are shown during the checkout whether this option is available for your order. Orders received by 9pm (Monday to Sunday) may be delivered the following day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Special Orders - Special orders are products with an extended lead time. Lead time information is displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag. This denotes the amount of time between taking your order and it's estimated date of dispatch.
