How To Apply
  1. Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
  2. Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available plans. We have a number of terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. You will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order.
  3. You can also increase your deposit at this stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
  4. Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, proceed to V12's website via the "Proceed to V12 Finance" button.
  5. You will then be taken to the application form for your Interest Free Credit plan on V12's website. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you.
  6. We will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
  7. The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY despatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with Interest Free Credit, the order must be returned in full to Mappin & Webb. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through Interest Free Credit but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.

What does the Pre-Owned Warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage through accident or misuse (including immersion in water outside of manufacturer recommendations).
  • General wear and tear to the watch. This includes the associated bracelet or strap.
  • The life of the battery (if applicable).
  • Theft or loss of the watch.
  • Damage caused by issues with water resistance if the watch has not been checked for this once a year at one of our Watches of Switzerland Group Certified Pre-Owned watch service centres.

The following will invalidate the warranty:

  • Modification with aftermarket parts.
  • Work performed outside of a Watches of Switzerland Group Certified Pre-Owned watch service centre.
  • Any items that require work are to be returned to the nearest Watches of Switzerland Group store to be returned to the Pre-Owned Department. The watch must be sent back with proof of purchase and a completed and dated warranty card.

This Pre-Owned Radio Compass BR-03 radiocompass features a 42mm Ceramic case, showcasing a Black dial and sapphire crystal glass. Powered by an Automatic movement, this impressive watch also showcases a Rubber strap finished with a Buckle Clasp for increased security. This timepiece is also water resistant to 100 metres.
